  • Cupping is a non-invasive technique that uses cups placed on the skin to create more interstitial space. This allows our fascia to stretch and reset, which then allows the same for the muscle layer beneath. Cupping also encourages blood flow to strained or injured areas, speeding up recovery. This unique therapy is often recommended to patients who suffer from muscular pain, muscular tension, radiculopathy, joint pain, and/or respiratory disorders.

This treatment is available in addition to massage and acupuncture.

  • Gua sha is a therapy that involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to stimulate microcirculation of the soft tissue, which increases blood flow.

Gua sha addresses stagnant energy, or "qi" in the body, reduces inflammation, and promotes healing. Inflammation and stagnant qi are the underlying causes of several conditions associated with chronic pain.

This treatment is available in addition to massage and acupuncture.

  • Chinese Medicine has been developed and practiced over centuries to treat a myriad of disorders. With her masters in Chinese Herbal Medicine and years of clinical experience, Sara is able to tailor this uniquely powerful yet gentle medicine to your nuanced individual needs.
