Whether you’re aching from hiking mountains, a change in the weather, or just getting out of bed, Bone Setting Water offers immediate relief and healing benefits.
Dont just mask your pain, help your body heal!
Based on ancient formulas traditionally used by warrior monks to recover quickly from injury, this powerful blend of herbs has been found to decrease inflammation and pain, relax muscle tension, increase local circulation and our skin’s permeability for fast and deeply-penetrating relief and recovery.*
Not only do the ingredients in Bone Setting Water immediately block pain receptors to provide almost instant relief, many of our herbs are actually working even harder behind the scenes, supporting healing and recovery from within.

Bone Setting Water is generally considered to be a safe alternative to internal pain medications, however there are a few rules we should follow to ensure we’re using these powerful herbs with the appropriate caution:
Avoid broken skin and mucus membranes - the alcohol base of BSW will sting, and the camphor and menthol will feel really cold! But otherwise, it should be okay.
Avoid use during pregnancy.
Excessive use may cause skin irritation - discontinue use if irritation occurs.
If you have sensitive skin, a patch test is advised prior to using this product.
Use SPF when using Bone Setting Water and spending time in the sun, as it may exacerbate the symptoms of a sunburn.
